CPM employs 50 construction professionals consisting of project managers, resident engineers, superintendents, inspectors, schedulers, estimators, and claims analysts. With certifications including ICC, LEED, NICET, and OSHPD, members of our staff are licensed, registered and certified in their areas of expertise. Our staff has the working knowledge to execute a project within a fully functioning facility, to monitor project safety and control costs, and keep the project on schedule.
CPM brings a breadth of experience to a project as its construction management skills are supplemented by general contracting and design experience. As an A and B Licensed General Contractor, we are familiar with the contractors and subcontractors in the Bay Area and know their pricing. We keep a database of labor, material and equipment costs that is regularly updated. By keeping this database, we ensure that our pricing closely reflects market conditions. This asset assists the firm in effectively dealing with the general contractor and Owner’s project team.
Ismael Pugeda has twenty-seven years of experience in construction, which led to management responsibilities in cost/schedule development and analysis, cost control, field engineering, and contract administration. His experience includes program and construction management assignments during design and construction of buildings, industrial facilities, rail transit, and water/wastewater treatment plants. At CPM, he is responsible for general management, finance and marketing.
Jeffrey Cooper is Vice President of CPM Services, Inc. and has extensive experience in the oversight of project personnel of the firm. He prides himself of the working relationship he has with CPM staff. Jeff considers himself one of a few “project-based working” Directors who routinely performs project work and understand the needs of the project as well as the employee.
